I had a wonderful experience at Gurkha Kitchen Nottingham! The food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What made it even more special was meeting the owner and head chef (Andeep Dai)—he was incredibly warm and treated us like younger brothers. You can feel the passion and hospitality in everything they do. It’s not just a meal, it’s a memorable experience. On top of that, we got to see his incredible bike collection, including the world’s biggest bike! It’s clear this place is full of passion, not just for food, but for creating unforgettable memories. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

Amazing food & great atmosphere! Gurkha Kitchen serves delicious Nepalese cuisine with plenty of options. The Chicken Choila is a must-try, and the Sunday buffet is fantastic! Plus, it’s a biker’s paradise—perfect if you love bikes. Friendly service and great value. Highly recommend!

Nice ambience. Nice food. We went for the Sunday buffet. Would definitely love to try the daily menu too. The naan was really yummy. My 2 year old liked it a lot. Different chicken dishes served in Indian restaurants usually tend to taste the same. Here there were 4 chicken dishes and all tasted different and good. I was wondering why I didn't hear about this place till now. Also, there is a lot of car parking space in that compound. I think this is a must try for people in Nottingham.

Bit of a hidden gem given its location, tucked amongst an industrial estate, with a car wash and car rental place out back... Yet the food is excellent, really quality Nepalese cuisine, and the service is super friendly and welcoming, complete with a real sense of personality in the place, adorned with personal and cultural knick-knacks. The Gurkha beer was good, it complimented the curries etc. and altogether, I’d recommend this place for some authentic Nepalese-north Indian cooking.
